How we got here and where we are going
Our founders, Tim Goodman and Holden Farahani, with over 50 years of combined experience in consumer packaged goods and food & beverage, created Camaraderie Group to address inefficiencies in cannabis production. Their journey in the cannabis industry revealed that small, incremental improvements can drive significant gains. This realization became the driving force behind Camaraderie Group, a company dedicated to breaking down barriers in the industry through shared knowledge, innovation, and collaboration.
